Barretta's Tomb

Hi, Barretta isn't at the tomb, and I just read here in the forums that if you go to the second village she won't be there. Does that mean I can't access the tomb at all without her?

Yes. if you went to the second lamia village without completing her tomb quest..she won't be in your party...
