craft skill baretta

hallo !!! i decide to play 3 stars and LFs all again after many years and i am stuck wth baretta craft skill with eri shuriken weapon. she can't craft it. i try and try but nope. i search the forum and read that someone did it but he/she never explain how. i raised her mind points and level but stil nothing. i can;t rememeber if i did it before it was years and years since last time i played the game. so what is the trick to craft it?
