What is best level & team to beat bull in inquisitors

Hi, in my team I have Random, Sarah, Wendalla and Askhbar, none are over level 45 yet. I just cannot get the thing to die quickly enough ... any hint, strategy would be appreciated else I guess I will just leave this. Thanks

I had Random (lvl 53), Sarah (lvl 53), Marion (lvl 40), and Cocka (lvl 51).

I used: First-Thunder Implosion, Sun Boomer, Burning Ground (item), Burning Ground-2nd & (til Thunder Numb wore off) God's Blade, Sun Boomer, Burning Ground, Burning Ground. Unfortunately, if Thunder Implosion doesn't inflict Thunder Numb in the first round someone usually dies. It takes several rounds.
