help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i accidentally when i killed the demon clicked do nothing instead of chop off its leg or head and now i cant get it back is there no way of completing this quest now and i only found two demons the one in the cave and the one near the entrance to ardentrana where is the other one? please help
