Help!!! Persuading Bailey in Chapter 4

Does anyone know what persuasion level I need to be at to be able to persuade bailey in the persuade a thief quest? Q125 What do I need to equip? Who should be in my Pary? Any help would be appreciated.

iirc I think you need to have persuasion of 69... You at least need gables cigar and then choose the I can be very persuasive option... If it doesnt work at 69 you may have an older version and you need to download the newer version
