Earthquake Shield in Orcish Guard

Hi... In the Orcish Guard (in Chapter 3) there is a room with five chests and a shield visible above them. The walkthrough says Sarah can jump up and get the shield, an earthquake shield. I have Sarah at level 41 but she says the shield is too high up for her to jump and get it.... I am wondering if there is any trick to get her to jump up there or if I just have to level her up a bit more? Has anyone figured out what is the trigger that makes her able to get the shield? if i remember correctly I think maybe resistance or some stat. Boost it up and she should be able to get it. Cant remember how high though
