Hello friends! How can I distract Enya in Shade Rock in order to get the power salt?

Your level has to be high enough. Unfortunately I didn't keep a note of my level when I finally got it. It wasn't anything too outrageous, though, otherwise I would have made a note.

I believe it requires Random to have a specific amount of MN to succeed. I'm not sure I ever tested this personally though, it could just be a myth.

It would be a good idea to collect any quests and bonuses that boosts Random's MN permanently, before just grinding your way to success. If all else fails, there is a Fairy in the western woods you can buy an MN boosting status effect from. I believe the buff wears off after battle though, so you would need to avoid every encounter until you reach Enya with the status effect still on Random.

OK!! I did it!! It was a matter of mind, and I got the boost from the fairy! Thank you all very much, and especially Kale!

I missed the jar in my "perfect" playthrough - using the fairy didn't occur to me.
