Where do I get the moon dew to give to the little girl in the sewers.
Did I miss out on it somewhere in the previous chapters.

I now can't remember exactly when you get the little girl, so these 2 suggestions might not work.

You can get one from a chest on the Tyrine coast. It's near the woman who is running around muttering to herself and who throws herself into the sea when you talk to her.

There is another one when you are doing the Haunted House quest, but that's more difficult to get (and you might not have reached that yet), so I'd go for the one on the coast.
