Help! - Not removable poison

I stumbled on a problem, that the "poison" state keep popping up to Random - if i remove it, it apperas again after several steps on every map i walk exept Khomre, maybe it is some quest - of feature related to Khomre or the priest there , i tryed to heal there... or its just a bug?

No, it's some kind of "bulb" (reeker bulb?) that inflicts poison until you get rid of it.

Oh thank,s now i found this Reeker Bulb in the invertory...
Please do not post how to remove it i want figure out it by myself
lol i just sold it.

If you had kept it, it could be used for completing a quest much later on.

The (in)famous Reeker Bulb quest.
Probably the most hardcore one in any of Indi's games...
