Where does Wendala get her carnage spell?

According to the skill guide, she learns it at level 52. So the walkthrough telling you to use it as part of a fight strategy; maybe isn't the most helpful in retrospect. You should be able to find an alternate strategy, different character, or another spell that should work. I don't imagine that skill is required to win said fight.

Wendala learns carnage early in the mage guild, I think. Not 100% sure. By having the Orb of Value on her.
