Hi i need help leveling up in every chapter so i can get the skills needed.

I don't know all chapters, but I know the first and the second

Chapter 1: Squid Cave in the Mermaid's communtiy.
Chapter 2: Squids at the firth of Tyrine.

Chapter 1: Mt. Pazaara - the Sariis Brothers (or whatever their name is). Advantage: they drop a lot of Siir Rapiers you can sell.
Metrolia Ruins - the green wraiths when you have the Torrent Blade (got them up to lv 30 fairly fast there)
Squid cave is good too but you don't have Cocka there.
Chapter 2:
Sewers in the Town Hall (squids)
Chapter 3:
Can't remember but I don't think I levelled much there.
Chapter 4:
Fire Guild - for me the best place
Western Lands (which is random encounter)

Whatever you do - in LF levelling up is hard work and requires a lot of time.

Oh, a great place to level in chapter 3 is the Millipuf Nest! Also brings a good amount of money!

To persuade him you need to have earned all the possible Persuasion Points that you could until now and of course, equip that item that increases persuasion points... forgot the name.
