need help with installing any goodies.

I have 3 stars of destiny and book of legends on steam, I am using win 7 ultimate 64 bit, and I can not for the life of me figure out where the goodies should go.
I have them as c:/program x86 files/Steam/Steamapps/common/3 stars of destiny.
if i have to set something as visible or unhidden how do i do that?
because i can not find the AppData folder anywhere.

They don't go in the game folder, do write %AppData% in the bar, find the 3 Stars of Destiny folder there.

I've just checked the 3 goodies for the Book of Legends (I am assuming that is what you are referring to) and they work for me.
Click on the link. It will download a specific save file. In your 'Downloads' folder look for something like
Save14.rxdata
Now copy it to: C:\Users\[Your name, whatever it is]\AppData\Roaming\TheBookofLegends_Saves
I know it's long-winded, but that's the way Windows does it. You will now be able to access that save file when you load up the game. Select that one and you will begin with the new data and party members.
If you cannot see the AppData folder - because it is normally a 'hidden' file - open Control Panel, Select Appearance and Personalization, select Show Hidden Files and Folders (it's part of Folder Options), check the button Show hidden files, folders and drives.

The opening post also mentioned The Book of Legends.
The method described about the AppData applies to all games where you want to access the save files.
And I don't understand your last line.

It's the 3 Stars of Destiny and when I click either of the 3 links I got a 404 error.
I mean the 3 links on this
viewtopic.php?f=45&t=989page.
