I found six altogether. The Saviour, Asguaard, Blossom, Hyperbole, Divine and the Amaranth runes.

So I am correct that there a six runes in total

The Shrine on Roya/Fang map (Roya Shrine) is Amaranth Rune - In Barton Woods
The Shrine close to Kandara is Blossom Rune (Kandara Shrine) - which is on Blossom Island obviously. You need the Balloon.
The Shrine close to the entrance to Hyperbole Cave (Hyperbole Shrine) - Hyperbole Rune - Reward from Hyperbole people
The Shrine north of Savioropolis (you need the balloon) - (Crescent Shrine) - Savior Rune - Found in Temple of the Savior (need Guru Runefinder)
The Shrine on the Kremdjir continent - Need Aldorlea Rune (Kremdjir Shrine) - Found on the Path to Asguaard Castle (in Kremdjir) (need Guru Runefinder)
The Shrine in the Middle Lands close to the broken bridges - (Asguaard Shrine) - Need Asguaard Rune - Found Gardens of Farfal

Also there's a Divine Rune and a Dreamer Rune. One was in Hidden Location 46. The other one was in the Gardens of Farfal. I don't know what they are for.

I have Guru Rune Finder but still can't seem to find the runes. I only have the Hyperbole and Asguaard Runes. I am in the Temple of the Savior looking for the Savior Rune and can't find it anywhere. Can anyone give me a general location of where to look? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

2 runes in Gardens of Farfal
1 rune in way way way south of Kremdjir Ruins (near a waterfall in an abandoned village)
1 rune in Temple of Savior Catacombs

You definitely need Guru for Rune Finding skill.

Where exactly did you find Aldorlea Rune? I have a guru rune finder, I've wandered all over the Kremdjir ruins, but I never found it.
