I have read the forum and have tried 4 times to defeat the nawell heads. My heroes are at about levels 42 and 43, I am playing easy level. I use the suggested 1st and 2nd rounds as suggested by the post on 21st but still no success. +::cry +::sos +::sos +:oops: any help would be most appreciated.
Love the game, thanks Indy for sharing your genious.

I am exactly in the same situation, apart the fact that I'm playing standard mode.

After the fourth attempt, I begin to be demotivated. So far killing the monsters was easy, or at least possible. This is simply too strong.
I am thinking to give up, and this is really a shame because the game is great

If killing the rest of the enemies is easy, I'd recommend gaining 3-4 more levels to start, not fresh, but at least with a substantial advantage.
I don't remember the best strategy unfortunately. It may be available in the guide, if you have that.
Make sure to call a summon from Glen. Which ones do you have?

I have Glylph, Sisla and Aeroch. Sisla seems the more effective, but the biggest problem with Nawell is that it casts stone very often. +::surrender
Otherwise maybe it shouldn't be soooo hard to beat.

Anyway I egressed (?) from the temple and wandering around I got titan armor/axe and gained a couple of levels. After replenish with supply, I'll attempt to kill the beast

BTW the sixth sense spell gives pre-emption... what is intended for? I know what is pre-emption in an operating system... but in a game???? +::biggrin

eheheh.... Nawell killed! +::Dance

The titan axe was determinant. At first stroke, Grom paralised the beast, then it was a piece of cake +::biggrin

pre-emptive usually means (in my games) that you attack first.

you may want to look for anti-stone stuff if nawell uses that a lot.
