savioropolis elder

I posted could not find elder on return to city. Went through the Temple of Savior through the catacombs to Nef and transported to center of room transported back outside. ran all the way back to Savioropolis to the elders tower.....no one home. Check the whole town and could not find elder. I suspect foul play. Please don;t tell me to start over again I beg you. Put out a missing persons alert with a reward for information. Have I done somethin wrong? Thanks

The elder isn't in the top of the tower, but I don't remember exactly where he is. I think that you have to enter in a chime, right?

Yes, he's behind the chimney on the bottom floor I think.
