I am approaching the end of the game, Marine at level 46. The rate of encounters has severly speeded up. I can only move about 5 steps before a monster appears. My party can rush and win. I have 99 bear meat, 99feline, 99feathers, 99 etc. I just can't finsh any more quest, becouse I can't get anywhere in a resonable time.

Cast Marine's FIght or Die spell and set the encounter rate to 50. That should help.

one problem appeared for me. i was playing with a old version (v1.3) all the time and it was still called Battle of the Millenium, but today I changed it to newest (Miillenium v1.4) and now I can't use my old save files new save files are being in Millenium save files, not BOTM

I have version 1.4 and cannot use save files from version 1.3

I bought this game when it first came out, and all was well, I received and email to download 1.3
BUT DID not redownload till yesterday, and now it is 1.5 and says it is not compatible with
version I have and do I want to have files move over, I said yes, and it says can't find directory?

There are 2 versions on my computer, and when I delete the one I just downloaded
the 1.3 version no longer works?

Original files downloaded as C:\Program Files\BOTM\BOTM.exe" new files as
C:\Program Files\BOTM\Millennium.exe

What can I do?

I'm not sure what's really wrong since when I click the icon so that I could play the game, the screen appears but it stays black and doesn't fade into the title scene then it turns off. I tried clicking again but it didn't work.

It didn't happen before when I played it for the first and second time. Should I uninstall it and install it again or something?
