I would like to have the new build of Millenium a new hope. But as I bought the game via bigfish the downlaoad here doesnt recognise my liscense. it does recognise my save files and changes my german version to a mix of english and german but still its only like trial version and I dont see any button where to change the modi to visible enemies

I think this was solved by e-mail.

Everytime I try to enter Old Loch my game crashes can anyone help?

disable the music and sounds maybe?

try pressing F1 to do that. please let me know if that fixes your problem

Thanks that seems to have worked.

I'm trying to play the trial but am running into an issue. The second I get control and start trying to move Marine moves to the left, then up then left and gets stuck on a tree, no movement possible in any direction.

Tried uninstalling, reinstalling several times but got nowhere. This is on a brand new windows 7

I have windows 7 too.
It may be that something is plugged to the computer, like a printer or a scanner. Try this and if it's not the case, please let me know. You may also want to try another game of mine and see if the same thing happens:

Tried unplugging the printer, didn't work though I did notice something that hadn't registered before. Marine is moving up and left but I'm pressing the down and right arrow keys, the up and left keys do nothing. Also tried playing 3 Stars and the EXACT same thing happened.

The keyboard is fine for everything else so that shouldn't be it...

I had this problem once, but it was because my keyboard was defective. Maybe it's something wrong with your keyboard.

I don't think so, like I said it's fine for everything else. Millenium and 3 Stars are the only games I've ever had trouble with key wise and I've had this keyboard a few years now.

But have you played games of mine in the past or is this your first attempts?

This seems a tough one to resolve so far. You may have done it already, but make sure to play the games without anything else running in the background. Also if possible try with side stuff unplugged.
I have windows 7 so it can't be the OS. I have had similar defective controls every now and then but nothing that restarting the comp would not fix.

Haven't played any of your games before. Tried unplugging what side stuff I could. Also tried using a different keyboard with no change. Tried a game that isn't yours to just to see what happened. Downloaded a trial of one of the Aveyond games and had the exact same issue with that one.

So I don't think it's the games themselves but maybe something in how they were made? Could be a possibility, this is a brand new computer so it could be missing some vital piece these games need to work properly...
