After defeating the ghost in Chantefleur Woods if you go speak with the kids at the entrance BEFORE finding their purse, they will reward you with a "Thick Leather Coat", which will give you venom protection! It's probably not worth restarting the game just for that but as Indy has mentioned it is quite handy early on in the game!!!

Thanks. I'm not restarting for that. I am restarting so I can remember where I found some of the neat stuff. Like the Ebony Stick that Karine crafted into a cool weapon.

Some things stay with me. Some not. I know where the Ebony stick is but I want to know where everything is because when I play in two months it will be a brand new day and I won't remember where anything is.

Now if everything was numbered instead of named that would be a different matter. Numbers I can remember. Names not so much.

As for me I have more of a photographic memory... When I was studying sometimes in exams I could remember where I had seen the answer to the question but not what the answer actually was... so not so helpful! +:oops:

Anyway, any excuse is good to replay the game so happy hunting!

It is embarrassing when someone that I have known for years comes up to me in the grocery store or walmart and I don't have a clue what their name is. I've learned to bluff really well. And this didn't just start with getting older. It has always been that way.

But on the positive side, I'm really good at poker because numbers are my thing and I've had a lot of practice bluffing.

dee can you post the things you find or found(if you remember what and where) that karine can craft.
the things i can remember her crafting were the ebony stick, the long bone, the rogue croc's skin, and fixing the lamp & the palidan helmet. i think there was something else too but i cant remember what it might have been. i really like that feature and want to find everything that can be crafted if possible. thank you +::kiss

I think the Croc tooth was another one.

Don't forget that she can sometimes craft different things with the same item depending on which promotion you give her!!!

See I didn't see any of that because I made her a Baroness because I had that book or whatever it was and it said I could.

I also found another one of those books but only after I had already promoted everyone. I am going to have to do some testing after I find the books.

Yes but it does make the battles so much easier. Especially those stupid wolves and birds. I want to reach into the computer and strangle them.
