Well, for Bodkin just follow the directions on the "Bodkin" topic. As for the Rat King, in front of the stairs that take you up towards the area where the entrance of the Ancient Temple is there are some stairs that go down. Just go down and around until you identify the spot from the screen shot I already posted. Hope it helps!
