I have been walking around, clicking on everything. Found some secret rooms and some treasure chests with good stuff in them. However, nothing else seems to happens. How do I turn on the 6 pillars and where are they? I feel like I am lost here. Help! +::sos

In order to open the golden doors that take you to the Djinn you have to activate all 6 pillars in the Temple. 3 of them are in this room:

And other 3 are along this corridor to the east side of the temple:

To activate them all you have to travel back and forth between these two areas as by activating one pillar in one side you will get access to another on the other side! Start with the first one on the right! +::Thumbup

I can see them now, but in the room with the 3 pillars, only the first gate is open. I keep getting lost when trying to locate the other corridors. Is there a map available?

Also, how do I cure boredom?

As for Boredom it is a tough one because you can't heal it from the pillars at the entrance of the temple, so either you go back to Hirado's woodplank to sleep or otherwise have your character die, so that when you revive him/her Boredom will be gone! +::clap

Thanks, finally beat the Djinn...

Now I am just running around doing the undone quests!

When I left the Temple, I left all the good weapons - if I go back will I have access to them while in the Temple?

No. Once you leave the temple they are gone for good.

I missed the secret room with the ancient gun, so I had to go back later (because I wanted to have all secret rooms) but then it didn't vanish anymore.

If you don't open the chests with the ancient weapons until you finish killing the Djinn, you can keep them. But you have to exit all the way out past where Marine says to give them back and then go back to get them. It only takes them the first time you leave after you kill the Djinn. I don't think Indy meant for it to be that way and we're not sure the weapons will transfer to MM2.

I haven't fought the Djinn yet, but I was wondering... the items you lose if you pick them up before the fight... are those ONLY in the temple itself? Or will you lose the ones from the saphire caves as well?

Why you can't find the Djinn, are you lost or something?

About the items, it's only the ancient weapons that you find on the temple that is lost after you defeat the Djinn and leave the temple.
