HEY i TRY to download and is asking me to buy the game!! I already have it!! does it mean that the one who got the game not through you are not entetled to this option???

nope it shouldn't ask you anything. maybe you changed computer or sth like this?

I have not chg. my computer, and I down loaded it from the mail I received last night!! there are 3 options// does it makes any diff.which one you choose??

nope no difference.... but just put your name and license key if prompted to, that should do the trick.

I can't find my note of my registration number. How can I get it?

I put the ref.nr. given when I bought the game at Big Fish and it says it is wrong!! What should I do now!!
