I found Bokden on the rocky path, outside the swamp are, in saphire cave, and at the rest area in Green Grass, but it did not complete the quest. What did I miss? .

Go to Green Grass, he will be there. Talk to him, he'll give a reward and quest complete.

I saw him at Green Grass but did not get the reward, probably because I didn't see him in Saphire cave yet.
I found him in Saphire cave then went back to Green Grass and he wasn't there. No reward.

He means Green Grass Town itself.

Got him now. Thank you. Really enjoying the game especially the quests.
