Is he? We say "Benedikt". Is Benoit the French version of this name?

In MM you used way more French names than in other games. Was that on purpose?

To be honest, not really.
But then again, save Marine and Benoit... the rest is not really french.

Well, Merline and Karine I'd say are quite Frenchy too. And Jeanne of course.

True for Jeanne. Karine, I thought, was everywhere. Merline comes from Merlin which is english. :)

Not sure about Karine. I only know Karin and Karina. Or Carina. And Karen.

Well, as the site's tame Brit, I must admit I've never actually come across a female form of Merlin before.

Karine may be the french version of this otherwise widely popular name indeed. As for Merline, I don't think it ever was connected to Merlin (until now lol)
But well I can confirm it's not really french either. It's mystian (and mystic xD)

why are you tame? lol
