Where is my cursor?

I've just started Millennium 2 and my cursor does not appear on the screen. What's happened? I just finished Millennium 1 and the cursor worked fine. Anyone know how to get it back?

I think from the options menu you should be able to put it back.

What options menu would this be? I don't see one in the game.
