Go back to the main trail. Where Pom-Pom the snowman who sells stuff is. Then go northeast. And just keep going up and eventually you will find a cave with a griffin to fight.

After you beat him, make sure to save otherwise you can accidentally end you game because you will be transported back to Green Grass.

How do I kill gripphin?????

It's a very hard battle. Call Jeanne. If you have the Fairy Love, equip it so Jeanne gets two turns each round. Have her cast boost and cure as needed then heal after that. Try to keep all of the regular griffins dead. If you have the Elephant Whip equip it on Jezebel. I think the Griffin King can be stunned.
