Can't find tech part 1

I've been searching this blessed temple for hours for tech part 1 on 3, and not finding it. A wee smallie hint would surely be appreciated. Daise.

Sorry for being so vague, but Tech part 1 of 3 is located on the left side after going up the hallway from the entry gate after you've talked to Norman.
