No, mine Millennium won't launched in full screen.

There is one situation that it will not go to full screen in Windows 7.

If I launch the game at first it will go to full screen. If I then load a save file and load the saved game and then use ALT+ ENTER to minimize to windowed and then quit the game using the ESCAPE key and then select end game and then restart the game it will not go to full screen. It will after ALT+ENTER is pressed.

1. Launch game automatically goes to full screen
2. load save file still in full screen
3. press ALT+ ENTER to go into windowed mode
4. press ESC key to bring up menu
5. select end game from here
6. Restart game- now in windowed mode. Need to press ALT+ENTER again

No, my game did not launch in full screen mode. I use Windows XP Service Pack 3.

if you exit in full screen (using the shutdown command, not ALT+F4) and then launch the game again, what happens?

RPGeez' case is normal as the game remembers how the window was when you last exited it.

Indy, I am not sure how to answer your question because as soon as that happened all I did was press Alt + Enter and the problem was fixed. It was not repeatable (except for when it was an updated version)

I mean, if you go the menu, choose to exit the game, and then click on "shutdown", then next time you launch the game, the window mode should be the same as when you "shutdowned"?

I think what Bobbydaz means is the same as I was saying: the first time you start the game after installing it, I believe it started in windowed mode, after that it memorizes how it was when you shut down.

That may be because you had a windowed mode previously with another game, otherwise it's kinda strange.
I'll release a version forcing full screen mode.

That may be because you had a windowed mode previously with another game, otherwise it's kinda strange.

I think then strange it is, 'cause the laptop is new and MM2 was the first RM game I installed on it! +::Dunno

I do have several other RPG games ( 4 x Aldorlea, Gates of Night, Eternal Twilight, Dawn''s Light) on my computer so that definitely could be the case about remembering the settings.

tonight i will upload a version that forces full screen (supposedly)

if you want to test it, you will have to make sure to put your game in windowed mode first, then exit and shutdown NOT using ALT + F4.

next you will have to relaunch the game and see if it switches in full screen mode despite you closing it in windowed mode.

OK something happened when I was doing all the ALT+ENTER testing and exiting with Millennium: Take Me higher. In full screen the top of the game gets cut off. It does it with Millennium: A New Hope and 3 Stars of Destiny. Probably not the games but this one not sure why it is happening now.
