Perfect. I did auto adjust on the monitor and it is now normal. It is new computer. I thought I was going to have to reinstall stuff.

The new version you emailed me works exactly as you say. It opens as a small window, I then exit from the title screen and when I relaunch the game it is in full screen mode without me doing anything.

That's right, it first opened as a small new window. Hey, if you want me try another version, would you mind uploading it on mediafire, it took me two hours to download from the link you gave? Thanks
