30 red orbs, how beat imps shumen

I've done 30 red orbs just Marine became expert magic, the quest is still here, why? To beat imps (cave) in Shume Woods.. how to avoide paralysis please?

About the 30 red orbs I think you need to talk to the woman who gave the quest to you, in magic guild. She will give you another quest then

About the orbs: Are you sure that you didn't spent the orbs before talking to her?
About the imp: Use only magics against him, physical attacks won't work, try using Jeanne.
