The Aldorlea Games Thread - Ask questions here :)

Please forgive me for taking your thread Titaness but I thought it would be a good starting point.

Have a question about Aldorlea that isn't just about one specific game? Want to ask one of the Aldorlea Staff something about the company? Here's the place to ask :)

I hope this is the right place to ask this...What is the relationship between Aldorlea/Amaranthe/
and Indineria Falls companies? I suspect it started as Ind. Falls and changed to Aldorlea?
Are they completing companies? And what is difference among them?

Amanda (Aramanthia) and Damien (umm Aldorlea/Laxius Force/Indinera Falls and more lol....) are two completely seperate companies - not linked in any way - but each has been of mutual help to each other and both are friends. Both aid with the promotion and enhancement of the genre we love :)

Aldorlea Games is the overseeing company that encompasses the games here like Millennium and its other side the Laxius Force games and site. Indinera Falls is one of the many names that Damien has used while developing games first as an amateur and now as a professional with all his experience.

Damien is the head of Aldorlea and Laxius Force Games and employs staff both freelance and permanent (and voluntary forum staff)to help advance the company and give you great new tales and experiences.

Aldorlea games question

Are the Aldorlea games a related series? It's apparent that Laxius Force 1 and 2 go together -- but what about the other 3 games?

3 Stars of Destiny is playable by itself (no imports and no exports) but its story precedes that of the Laxius Power and Laxius Force games, meaning some characters will be the same.
Millennium: A New Hope is the first episode on a new series, so you will able to export you final end save file into the next installment.
Asguaard is an isolated one of a kind game! :)

Just wanted to know if the new games are going to be able to play with the mouse? I find the arrows hard to navigate and it is easier to do the mouse. By the way love the RPG's

Millennium and Ellas Hope certainly are - I think that mouse play will be standard now.

I hope that the mouse control will only be optional and not basically required as in MM, because I personally prefer keyboard control only.

Me too - I don't know about Damiens games he will have to confirm but Ella's Hope should be totally playable with the keys. Mouse control is something that is popular with a lot of players but the old fashioned way is the one I prefer +::lol

You can play MM without the mouse it's just harder to spot the secrets. +::biggrin

Asguaard on the other hand gives no advantage to the mouse.
