Thanks Tyrellias - I picked up your previous save at lvl 80.

Currently levelling up Random and team at Chapter 1, got them to 35 - good enough for everything else except Holocaust Wraiths ...

Tyrellias I tried to download your savefile but I don't know how to make it work.

It's fairly simple, you just need to copy/paste the save file into the correct location:

Vista/Windows 7: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\LaxiusForce
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\LaxiusForce
(Assuming C:\ is the directory that your Operating System was installed upon.)

If you can't navigate to that location, then the folders are likely hidden. On XP, go to any active explorer window and click "Tools -> Folder Options -> 'View' Tab -> Show hidden files or folders". Not sure about the other Operating Systems offhand.

If you put the save file in the right location, then the save file should be pulling up in-game as the top slot in the load menu. I'm not quite sure what to say if it doesn't. You never used Zeriab's file to change your save location did you?

Regardless, you might at least try a search on your computer for "*.rxdata" without the quotes. The * is a wildcard and that search will pull up a list of locations where you have RPG Maker XP saves. It might help point you towards wherever your LF1 save files are actually located.

How do you level up so much in the very begining of the game? Ive read several guides and theyll be at level 30 and what not. At the end of chapter one im level 20. Thats with me doing what i consider grinding to.

You grind a LOT with a laptop computer while watching movies XD
