Pretty much everything in the chapter is done except quests related to the Reeker Bulb, the Kuru fight and Vanina.
Random is lv83 with 1100 kills
Sarah is lv66 with 4500 kills
Marilyis is lv59 with 7000 kills
Cocka-Cocka is lv38
