Bonus Items

I have started the game for the second time and am attempting to make a list of items and what they do.

For example
Red Apple - +20HP, Revives Dead Character

I just found my first bonus item. 100-Spirit Energyzer. I am assuming that Spirit equates with Intelligence, however when I equip this item, my Intelligence goes up by 150, not 100.

Was my assumption wrong or does the formula work a different way?

Also I have noticed that the AGI items raise your agility by 1 sometimes and by 2 other times. Is this normal?

I just want to clarify things on my list.

Yup I'll provide the explanation.

Those values are given for DREAM mode ie each stat being at 100% of its value.

Ataraxia putting all stats at 200%, any boost is also affected and 200%-ed.
That's why I can tell you're playing in Utopia. :)

If you want the exact values, you need to play Dream or each time adjust the real value.
Ataraxia = 200%
Utopia = 150%
Nightmare = 70%

So in order for the items to be exactly as they read on the item you must be playing in what would be Normal mode.

And I would assume that Utopia equates with Easy mode??

I think that

Ataraxia - Very Easy
Utopia - Easy
Dream - Normal
Nightmare - Hard

Thanks.

I think I will restart since I am not too far along and play in Dream Mode. Then we can put the explanations at the top of the list with the multipliers.

Yup for what you want to achieve, it is easier to do in Dream mode. ^^

I would still play Utopia afterwards because it gives some different rewards. +::clap
