Toy Key

Can anybody tell me which gate the toy key opens? The only gates I can remember that are locked are in Peeboo's cheese cave and in Al Capone's place and neither will open. Help needed please!

It opens a gate at the Toy House!
If you walk up the stairs left of the beggar and go all the way up you find a colourful building on your right! Be careful you'll get into a fight!
