im in el cairo and i have found an old man in pharaoh's dream and in old man's dream is the small room and bit bigger room . there's one man in there but when clicked he s gone. what happened? And I have four pieces of parchment bits and after waiting in the middle of four pillars are four bits not useful anymore?
and i don't know where to go next. I haven't found chinese gong and location of toy shop. I tried to go further in London, but each time i am died by jack. What can i do???

You need to collect some items from the El Cairo area before you can progress further in London.

And since you have the Sanitorium and Royal Keys, I know you have explored the crypts in Rick the adventurer's dream. In Rick's dream, you should have collected some Bright Candles. There are 11 candles in Rick's dream, and one more in one of the buildings in El Cairo. The Bright Candles will help you pass Jack in London.

Can somebody help me? In the room of confusion, how to go inside the roaring room??
I've looked all the places I can go, and stuck..

As far as I know, that room has only roars, nothing more.
