You need to:

go through the Pharoah's dream. Collect the harp. Walk out of the dream. Give it back to him. Re-enter the dream - there will be another section for you to explore. There you will meet Isis. Enter her dream and you will find the Hammer of Justice - the item that will break the silver rocks!

yeah...now, I understand thats..
but how must I do to find the paraoh??? I can't open the big Door in el cairo . . it's locked..

You need to equip the El Cairo key and open the doors to another building in El Cairo to get the Pharoah's key. Then equip the Pharoah key to get to the Pharoah.
