So I gave Edna her ribbon and she said something about "open sesame" or something like that but I did not get the sesame key and I cannot open the brown gate. What am I missing?

You won't get the sesame key with Edna.

She tells you a secret, go to the screen before you enter her room and look for a place where there's a flag, don't remember.
