Wind elemental

I am unable to find the wind elemental. I am in the right place, according to the guide but no elemental.I have stardust and defeated the monks but no elemental. I have played the flute and the harp but no wind elemental. Please help.

Iirc you need to defeat the wind elemental before getting Stardust. Once you got her the elemental is gone.

Just realised that this was in the Dreamscape section lol and here I was trying to remember where there was a wind elemental in Dreamscape. xD

I'm glad someone spotted that it was in the wrong forum because I read the opening post earlier and have been cross with myself ever since that my notes on Dreamscape were so bad that I couldn't find any reference to a wind elemental!!! Now I can relax again.
