Game does not go to full screen after Alt+Enter

Hi,

I downloaded the game (v1.6) from the aldorlea site. It opens up in windowed mode and Alt+Enter does not send it to full screen mode. Running XP Pro with SP3. Anyone have any idea how to display in full screen mode ?

Maybe try to open the LaxiusForceII.ini file and add there following line:

Fullscreen=1

The ini file is in the same folder as the main LaxiusForceII.exe file.

Sorry, that doesn't do it; what's strange is that I can't even see the application's properties by hitting F1 or even display the Properties from the menu. Is there anything special about drivers or ActiveX needed ?

try dowloading laxius force 1 or any other game from aldorlea and see if the same thing occurs...

Yes, same thing is happening to 3 Stars on this system. It's a brand new install of XP.

It did before the HD crashed and burned Now I have a brand new install of XP on the same - newly formatted - HD and what looks like some display issues. This is the first observed so far but probably not the last. If I ever find out what's causing it and fix it I'll update this thread as the this behavior is really strange.
