I'm also getting the same error message and am unable to download. I've brought it to their attention. However, this seems to have been going on for some time so they really should have resolved this issue by now? Please can you e mail the guide to me?

Well I bought the strategy guide too but after taking a look at it, I don't think its needed. The help we find here on the forum is far better than that guide.

Personally, I think the guide is great. (and it is just a 'guide', not a walkthrough.) Although a walkthrough would be wonderful also! With the guide, I can tell where the main quest is going and what to expect there. Love that!! Us Little Old Ladies need all the help we can get!!

I need it to keep me on track I have a bad habit of going off the beaten track and fudging my way, poking my nose into *uncharted territory* then forget where I was supposed to go. So thanks the the guide!!!!
