I think you'll find if you look in your quest book, it does say the location is in Tournan - even though it's not

I have another question: Quest 18 - I've found Roth without any quest. So I guess that quest can't be completed anymore now?

Roth should appear only if you had triggered his quest, maybe that's a bug.

Where is the "Lost Place" where I can find the Enchanting Ocarina?
Which charm am I missing? I have Lorraine, Annabelle, Blanche, Electre, Amaryllis, Alarice and Fedorine. Is the last one in one of the cubes or have I simply missed it?

About the Ocarina, it's in a island... hmmm....

I don't know its exact location, look for an island in the extreme south of the world... from the main lands of Sylia.
It's a large island with nothing but sand.

She's a little annoying to get... she'll ask you to kill the flies...

Kill all the flies from both areas, about 4 or 5 times, talk to her again, tell her the flies always come back and she will give you her charm for your persistance.
