Circus of the Ocean location...

This may seem a dumb question since I found it during every other playthrough, but does anyone remember the specific location of this item? Thank you. I can't remember at the moment and I don't want to search the whole map.

I'm quite sure I've never found an item named Circus of the Ocean.
What exactly is it - armor, weapon, seal, ...?

It's the only item that can promote Jack to Acrobat.

Thanks to your help, I can finish my MM3 savefile once again and play MM4 like I wanted.

Marine is lv71 because I searched for that everywhere...
