Ah, you say most quests - you must have missed the one which gives this.

Spoiler: show

It's the quest that the wine drinker in the inn in Loxton gives you. You have to speak to him twice to get it. You can start to complete it after Roke Marsh, as before that you can't access the farm for the next bit.
