You don't say exactly where you are. I assume that you've reached Kylesmore Hotel, got Diddy, taken the boat to Lochbroath Manor.

In the entrance hall there are 3 doors. Explore the doors to the right and the middle for items and gold. Then take the left door and follow it round.

If you have done that, exactly where do you get stuck?

I have Diddy can't find teddy bear. I explored the whole left area and I thought I killed all bosses but can't locate Marvel

You can't get Diddy's teddy bear until you have Marvel.

From the left hand door, ignoring all side routes and bosses (including 2 that you can only get before Marvel joins) do this:

Up to northwest corner of the map. Right until about midway, down, follow corridor, up stairs to next map.
First path up. Second junction go left and follow it round to some stairs to the next map.
Right and almost immediately up, behind the torn curtain to the next map.
Follow the path to the first junction, take right path, follow it all the way down to the exit, bottom right corner.
You now come to a room with lots of wooden barriers. Down, left, down, right, follow the path to the end and exit bottom right corner. You have to jump down the last little bit, if my memory is correct.
Now in a room with black and white tiles. Follow path to main room. Marvel is sat by the bath bottom right corner.

Not totally memory - I could never manage that - but I do what I call 'Notes to self' as I go along. First play through they are very outline, but they usually include main routes plus routes to places of interest. Only on a second playthrough does it get to the level of detail of the walkthrough that Indy mentioned. Though, iirc, the walkthrough I posted came from my third playthrough, as I knew there was so much stuff/secrets I must have missed some still on the second go.

That's not her teddy bear. You need to find another one.
