If you want to move or send your save file of Millennium 2: Take Me Higher, they can be located at:

Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\[your name]\Application Data\MM2_Saves

Windows Vista/Windows 7:
C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\MM2_Saves

I thought of creating this topic because it can be very helpful and I couldn't find a topic like this in the forum.
