Ice mage learning quest

question:
is there a minimum requirement to be met before i can ask Georgia for the learning quest?
I am currently level 3 in the mage guild. I do not get the option to learn a quest from her, only shop, magical boost, and orbs.

please advise

It may require having Rank 4 in the guild to appear. I believe you would achieve Rank 4 at that point in the game, assuming you completed every Mage Guild Quest successfully. If you have any Mage Guild quests pending, complete them for the MGP (Mage Guild Points) and see if you can get to Rank 4.

HMM. i was thinking along the same lines myself. apparently i never did the growth mushroom tree contest.
which i think was from Laxius I so... i guess i will just wait.
