Elven god and the Witch

Where is that Elven god(Siris,perhaps?I don't really remeber)hiding in the gardens of Balnuula?Has anyone ever found him?I really want to finish this quest.Next one,the witch in the garden asks for a flower right?Is it good to give it to her or just kill her?

Sariis is in the Vecchio Palacio area. Enter the area and just stand still for awhile, and Sariss will find you. You have to have Sarah equipped with the Elven Astral Outfit though, or Sariss will ignore you. Trust me, I've tested this. (Note that the event is timed. If you hung around the area too long without that specific armor equipped on Sarah, then you would likely need to leave the area to reset the event)

As far as the flower, that is up for debate. If you give her the flower, you get a quest complete. If you just fight her instead; then you get to keep the flower, but no quest complete. Assuming the flower has an alternate use in LF3, I would tend to keep it over just getting 1 extra quest completion.
