How to fight Zormon, shall I level up a bit Sarah and Luciana? I don't have spear killer. I can try all the characters, knowing physical attack nourishes him, what magic to use?

(Do we have to fight him?)

I don't think you have to defeat him to proceed. If you want the rod, you would need to defeat him though.

I didn't have much trouble with him so I don't have much advice to give. The Killer Spear inflicts Air/Dark damage, so I'd start there at least. He's got to be weak against at least one of those elements, and possibly others. You can try experimenting with other high powered weapons that have an elemental attack type on them until you find what works. Or, experiment with skills until you find what works.
