can anybody tell me of where the statue is of where the guild of arts is asking for Balnuunla i ve been wandering around for two hours clicking on things thank you in advance

The statue is in Rillia Counter, go to the throne room and ask Walz to teleport you to Rillia Counter, there you'll find a statue.

i found that one already its the one thats in Balnuunla the one thats says find statue

The statue for Q187 'Find Statue in Balnuunla' is in chapter 8, step #14. You can't get it till then, so if you're still in chapter 7, there's nothing you can do other than make sure that you've accepted the quest.

im in the part to were it says yveens oath and you talk to leanda the statue is somewhere there

Ah, you're in chapter 8 already then. Leandra is in the village of Balnuunla. The statue is actually further ahead still, relatively deep inside the garden areas.

Specifically, it's in an area called 'Llanelly', which is just beyond the 'Floralis Falls' area. Just keep an eye on the area name that appears each time the screen transitions. When you enter Llanelly, it's relatively easy to spot the statue.
