in fact you did not kill it, it just escaped each time, to lure you further away each time from the throne room.

thanks Indy, i understood the plot, but there are 2 possible options:
Spoiler: show
1."the wasp shuttle leaves" - as I understood it escaped (it's ok, nothing strange here)

2. I killed the mosquito, earn experience and gold for defeating it (it couldn't escape)

if it escaped each time than what's the difference between 1 and 2 +::surrender

The XP and gold you get for actually managing to defeat it before it runs off, and the satisfaction that comes from knowing that your party is just that darn good. :)

dont need exp, dont need gold, as all members 99 lvl and 7+m gold
the point is - if my party so good, than how can it escape? (it's like defeating forbidden dragon in ch1 and run away after that, absurd)
anyway, don't like that moments in the game +::Annoyed

In RPG's it just happens sometimes. Only a few games, Phantasy Star II and Buck Rodgers 'something something' come to mind; actually change the outcome because you managed to win against the stacked odds. I supposed Indy could have made it completely undefeatable, but then there'd be no reason to even try fighting it, right?

Actually there is no reason in fighting it right now-that's the point of my topic +::wizard
I prefer undefeatable mosquito(like dealing 9999 damage to all party members pre emptive, or just stunning them, and then escape) such strenght would explain its success in the throne room
but mosquito in its real state is nothing more than a weakling (killed it each time with 1 Random killer hit)

another option that could be really great - reward for his defeat (preventing someone death for example, or revealing some info about Order)
